Super clean rooms with tall ceilings. The location is good. Very close to gatlingburg. The people who work the desk in the bottom game area are what make this hotel. They are EXCELLENT. There should be some sort of discount on the breakfast for guests who are staying. The people at the check-in desk and the restaurant were just okay. I would come again for sure though.

We love this place. Although there isn’t much shade currently for the heat of the summer (there will be when all of their trees mature), we love this place for spring and fall. Very clean. Nice staff. There is a hotel on the property if you’re traveling with friends who don’t have a camper. Great pool and lazy River! Excited for our next trip there in May!

Had a great stay! We got an excellent rate which included bowling and game play. We stayed at the RV park but had full access to the amenities at the lodge. We were super thankful for that when we got snowed in and ended up staying two extra nights! Cassie, Doug, Chuck, and the nice man at the bar on Tuesday, who's name i unfortunately didn't catch, went above and beyond to be sure we were taken care of and our kids were entertained!

The only negatives for the whole five night stay were that they wouldn't accommodate us staying in a site next to the people traveling with us despite the many, many open spots, and the closure of the buffet without notice. We had counted on that hot dinner in the midst of the cold weather.

Overall a fabulous experience though. Nice bath house, laundry facilities, dog park, HOT TUB, heated pool, pickleball, arcade, pool tables, and more! We will definitely be back and recommend it to friends!

This place was amazing! We booked last minute as a spontaneous weekend trip and our three year old and two year old had a blast, along with my husband and I. The rooms were super affordable since it's Winter, but the pool outside is open and heated and there's so much kid friendly stuff to do at the hotel! Also, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and super soundproofed. Each employee I encountered was so friendly, even the housekeepers. I can't wait to go back!!

My family travels about every 2 to 3 months for getaways. Chloe got us checked in and was very personable. She went above and beyond and also engaged our kids and spoke to them about the things to do and what kind of things they could expect. She made sure we were aware of so many things Pigeon Forge has to offer. Doug was over the gaming area and I actually stood and chatted with him a bit. He offered ideas and suggestions to make our stay more enjoyable and helped the kids get the most out of the experience there. Staff at the Lodge is simply amazing across the board but Chloe and Doug made sure that we will return. Those two are absolutely the epitome of customer service.
