From jct Hwy 58 & US 71: Go 9 mi S on US 71, (Peculiar exit), then 300 ft E on CR J, then 1 mi S on E Outer Rd.
We stayed here for 2 nights and was really impressed! The young lady at the front desk was so pleasant and Chris the owner even came and helped me diagnose a problem I had with my Motorhome. Clean, level, and spacious spots. I was impressed that even though the park was right by the interstate it was very quiet. It's the perfect park to stay in if you are visiting Kansas City!
We've stayed here 2 different times. It's been well maintained and right off the interstate! Coming from the perspective of a large family, and having stayed at several campgrounds...this place does not have many amenities for children, but we knew that when we booked. It was the only place with availability, so we were grateful for that. There was a teeter totter for kids near the dog park but it would be nice to see something like a playground at least. On the flip side, they've expanded and added a wonderful large laundry building! It is very spacious and comfortable. Again, being that we have a large family, it was wonderful to do all my laundry at once and relax while I waited for it to get done. Overall it's a great option for someone traveling through and needing to stay a couple nights. Thanks PPP!
Holly mollie..great place. Large spaces, most seem to be in shade. Beauty of a laundry room, first 3 pics. Plenty of green to walk dog. Pool etc. Large place.
