Campground was not what we expected. It was more of a long term living area for a few campers and a lot of modular cabins. The cabins were used as housing for seasonal workers. The pool and laundry facilities were nice and clean, but always full of seasonal, non-English speaking workers. The large amount of seasonal workers gave it a different feel than a regular campground full of vacationers. Also, to get to campground, you have to drive through a very sketchy, unkept neighborhood. The other main negative we had was the women’s bath house. It was accessed through the laundry facility. There was a big sign that said to not lock the door of bathroom area due to others wanting to use the bathhouse. Problem is, there was often several men in laundry room waiting on laundry which made using the showers in the women’s bathhouse (with only shower curtains for security) very unsafe for women if they did not lock the door going into bathhouse from laundry room.

Won’t be back. Prices not what we were quoted when we reserved. Maintenance staff was awesome. Cleanest pool I’ve ever seen. Owners don’t do any improvements. Here 2 years ago. Nothing changed. Lots of rental units for cleaning staff from all the condos but smoke detectors go off continuously and no one can do anything about them. Can’t sit outside and enjoy atmosphere at the premium sites because of the continuous beeping all day and all night. Just terrible. Roads into campground are lined with terrible amounts of trash and terrible living conditions. These properties would be condemned anywhere else. Disgusting and a disgrace to Branson.

The groundskeepers are bullies and very hypocritical. Saturday they allowed a huge party with food, beer, alcohol in the pool, smoking in and out of the pool and loud music. Sunday, the older man groundskeeper yelled at my husband for a having a beer in the pool area. He wasn’t in the pool like everyone else was on Saturday, he was sitting in a chair away from the pool. The bathrooms are very outdated and not clean. There was male groundskeepers in the women’s bathrooms constantly. There was lots of young men and women (10-15 individuals) walking around all times of the day including midnight that appeared to live in the cabins. We talked to some other campers that agreed they would never come back to this facility. Sunday night we were driving back to our campsite and out of no where another groundskeeper came running over to our site asking if we know how fast we were going. My husband said it was 7 mph because we were going downhill, she said the rules are 5 mph don’t do it again. There was multiple cars driving 25+ that lived at the site. There was also a lot of suspicious activities of multiple cars driving really slow looking around and would drive around the property 5-6 times and than would leave and come back an hour later. Our site was very uneven and our septic clean out was uphill which made it difficult to empty our tanks.

This place is ridiculous….

We have been to about 12 other campsites between Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas and Missouri that we have never complained about, I have never had to write a bad review before. I guess there is a first for everything and this will be first and last time we will be at this resort.

Frist, let me say the ladies in the office where nice.

We enjoyed Branson the 4 days there.

Now..the RV parked next to us. Well had dogs..lots of them. The days we where parked in our site..

the dogs never came out. The smell was awefull coming from the RV.

I confronted the owner of the rv or the person who was watching the dogs!

Please ...the dogs are barking day and night. They are in destress ..Her reply was...

The dogs are not in distress!. They bark because their dogs. And I have to many of them. So with an aditude she apologized..I said expected..now please fix it please. She did take the dogs away to another camper.. Which lead me to believe she was the sitter.

It was very easy to get our rv parked and set up. Very nice pads with a lot of room. Thanks for the great stay.
