My wife and I stayed here for three months during the fall of 2022. We loved it. It is a nice and quiet neighborhood with well-kept grounds and friendly staff. We did get a lot that was converted from a modular home so we had a yard and parking for 2+ cars. We wIll stay there again if work brings me back to Springfield
To keep it short my experience is the property is well managed. Management works to keep the place presentable and safe. They work with me and are fair in negotiations. I have been a resident for ten years and am pleased. They are not perfect and so I am not.
Silver Bell is a nice community to live in. The employees do their best to keep it looking clean and well maintained. It's rare to find a property manager that actually cares and we have been fortunate enough to have that with Ada in the office. I definitely recommend living here. ❤️
