The owners Kim, Ann and Deputy the dog were very nice and welcomed us. It’s a very quiet CG. It is close to a lot of attractions. The community restrooms, laundry and pool was very clean. Part of the CG is still being developed. I hope to see it when all the construction is done.

We stayed here for the bike fest and it was a great location to everything. The campground is very quiet, nice, and the bathrooms and laundry facility are clean and big. We met some of the long term tenants and they were all very nice. Kim, the owner is great and very knowledgeable and helpful. Anything you need to know he knew it. The campground dog Deputy is great, a little shy but he warms up to you. We enjoyed talking to Kim every morning and loving up on Deputy. Thank you Kim for our stay it was great and we will surely miss Deputy the dog!.

The people I communicated with from reservation to checkout were very nice and helpful! I called the day of check-in to let them know I would be arriving late, they made sure I knew my site and the WiFi password. Every time I had a need they filled it. The campground is brand new with full hookups. The Internet is amazing! My connection was consistent and was always over 70megabits. Campground is designed in two phases. First phase is complete with over 40 full hookups sites with a mixture of pull through and back in sites. Two thirds of them with shade under cedar trees. Sites are level gravel sites with a picnic table, and an extra space to park your tow vehicle or other vehicle at the campsite. Pictures posted are as of 4/18/23. The campground is updating daily. Projects on the verge of completion. I plan to return each year .

Wonderfu newl campground right in the heart of Lake of the Ozarks. Very nice brand new pool with beautiful shower house. Laundry facilities on site. Lots of pull through and back in sites available. Spots were equipped with small patio and picnic table. Great place for camping.

This (As of August 2023) is a fairly new RV Park with lots of potential! It is in a great location right of off KK with lots of boat rentals and other tourist areas close by!

I had a really nice campsite at the bottom of the property adjacent to the wildlife area and it was very quiet. I usually will leave the fan running in the camper even if the AC is not going just to drown out noise, but it was so quiet and dark that I turned it off and slept so nice! This campground appears to be a mix of long-term and short term residents.

There are areas still under construction with lots of grading and excavation going on. A nice big area had been flattened to the west and looks to be a very nice layout. I am a civil engineer who specializes in site layout and notice these things!

The front office, restrooms, laundry and pools building are new and very nice! I did not swim as we had family staying in a condo down the street and did all of my swimming there, but the pool looked very nice.

The area where my campsite was located had nice mature trees. They have tried to save as many Oak and Cedar trees as they could in the area. Not sure how long the Oak trees will last as they do not do good around construction, but it was very nice now!

My only complaint are the gravel drives and campsites. They will probably eventually pave everything, but it is very difficult to back up a sloped drive and try to level the camper when it is sitting on loose gravel. Lots of spinning tires and impossible to use the curved leveling blocks as they just slide on the gravel. I got it leveled up as it did not take much as the site was pretty level anyway.

I would definitely stay here again...the Wi-Fi was good as they promised on the website. Booking and check-in was a breeze and price was fair and similar to other places.
