If you are looking for a beautiful RV park in Joplin that can satisfy all your needs, look no further! Our park is located in a quiet wooded area, yet still close to restaurants and shopping. We have 30/50 amp hookups, with no extra charges. Come fish our stocked pond, no license needed. When you choose Ballard's Campground, you'll be provided with great customer service from our on-site management!
Clean laundry facilities, bathhouses, camp store, pet area, and free Wi-Fi are a few amenities that we offer to our guests. Your comfort and enjoyment is our top priority. There are also picnic tables and campfire pits available for your entertainment around the park. Propane, firewood, and other items are available for sale from the camp store.
At Ballard Campground & RV Park, all of our sites are level, with a combination of pull-through sites for big rigs (with trailers) and back-end sites for those who want a little more privacy.

Super nice Campground! Shower house is great, private tiled stalls with dressing room too. Coded door locks to keep non-guests out. Our spot has a grill and nice fire pit along with some cute solar string lights. Super easy access from the highway and no long scary entrance road to get a camper/rv through. We will definitely be back! The prices are great and the owners super friendly. You won't regret staying here!
This is a sweet campground located close enough to stores, restaurants, and fuel, yet far enough to feel like country. The park manager was awesome. Our site did not have a picnic table, but it didn’t matter to us as we were right across from the pond. The bathrooms were very clean and looks like they were upgraded recently. The laundry was a bit dated but I suspect that will be upgraded soon. We were scheduled to stay 2 nights and extended an extra 2 days. We would stay here again.
Didn’t have rooms. Shower improvements are great! Like all the upgrades that have been done since our last visit. Understand there are more to come! We had an issue with the water spigot when we hooked up to it, but they came right away and fixed it! Will definitely be back when in the area! Keep up the good work and excellent customer service!
Campgrounds are very nice and well maintained. A little tight in spots with a longer camper but very do able. New shower house and laundry . My only complain were dogs barking which were not on the campground. They can no control that . Will stay there next trip back through ..
Such a cool place to stop for the night along our trip. A lot of rv’s had fun lights and patio furniture out which made it feel super home-y. They were super friendly and accommodating. The facilities were excellent! Nice hot showers and everything looks newly renovated.
