I don’t often take the time to write reviews on the internet. My 5 Stars and the time I’m taking to write this statement derives from a strong positive conviction of the establishment, management and crew.

The grounds are perfectly manicured and litter free thanks to a groundsman that is always pleasantly traversing the area picking up trash, watering flowers and helping however he can. The pool is crystal blue and cleaned/leaves removed daily. I had a few issues with my rig and several members of the staff jumped to my rescue without being asked by me. I can only assume the manager jumped into action and encouraged her team to assist. If you need propane, just put your tank in front of your residence and send a quick email! Boom, tank filled.

I have experienced nothing but support and communication from the manager and her crew since the first day I contacted the park. It’s like a bunch of “Helpful Honda People” working hard to make life just a little easier.

On a side note - I hope we all take negative reviews with a grain of salt. Any person who carved out time to write harsh words may have real problems that should be dealt with in private setting and not on Google.

Mahalo!

What a GEM! From the journey up the mountain with miles of twists and turns, beautiful hundred-year-old oak trees at the campground to cascading waterfall trails right across the street it’s like your no longer in Southern California. Just the escape from the Hussle and bustle of everyday life that I needed!

It turns out that you can even live here full time! I might have to re think my lifestyle after feeling like a part of this community after just a couple days. Everyone that I spoke to was so pleasant and welcoming. 10/10 recommend!

Ortega Oaks is one of the best kept secrets of the Santa Ana Mountains. Terrific staff and residents not to mention great views and trails forever. The drive up and down the highway is pure eye candy. Speaking of candy the Candy Store here is loaded with treats and sweets.
