Camping here is $13. YOU HAVE TO PAY TO CAMP HERE!!! Please get your own camping spot. I arrived here day 2 from the lodge along with a couple other different hikers. We all pick our campsite #. I was #3. I set up and go to bed early. I get woken up by 2 other different groups setting up camp right in #3. Have some respect!

Eight miles of unpaved road to campground. This a a roughly mid-way in Timberline Trail in north when start from Timberline Lodge after Gnarl's Ridge. Recently water line is fixed and functional. So water is available there! This is a very important water re-fill area since water is nearly non-existent at least 5 miles from either directions of Timberline during late summer season. Parking lot can be crowded but an overflow parking can be found by driving up another 250 yards near the S&R house.
