About Campground

The Willamette Wine Country RV Park and The Vintages Trailer Resort includes a RV Park and a Trailer Resort.

RV Park:

Nestled on the bank of the Yamhill River in Oregon’s scenic Willamette Valley, our RV park is known for its quiet, friendly atmosphere. Nearby you’ll find wineries, live music, golf, casinos, historic small towns and an aviation museum. And that’s just for starters.

Trailer Resort:

Each trailer offers a unique lodging experience tailored to compliment your wine tasting, dining and exploration. A short list of amenities includes gourmet pour-over coffee from Caravan Coffee, luxurious terrycloth robes, comfortable mattresses and fine hotel-quality linens. Should you decide to put your culinary skills to good use, your trailer features a propane grill and all the tableware and utensils you could possible desire (including a wine opener, of course!)

I've lived here for 3 years and why?

It's a real community, you really get to know your neighbors, everyone is friendly, they watch out for each other.

We have a great pool area, new deck was put on this year. New washers & dryers last year. The club house was renovated. Restrooms are being renovated right know. Management and staff really take care of us!

Most the staff is very friendly.

Restrooms clean, and appear to be updated which is nice. Laundry room was lacking in cleanliness but there’s a nice laundry facility just down the road in McMinnville that takes card or coins.

Reasonably priced with decent sized pads for RV and Trucks in most sites but not all. No guest parking & if you have an extra vehicle you need to make sure it fits in your site.

Picnic tables were taken without notice from the site during our stay and appeared to be sold. Which was a bummer but we had our camp set with us.

If you’ve booked a stay at Willamette Wine Country RV you’re not allowed to use the fire pit off the club house, you have to reserve your stay at The Vintages to do that. Vintage guests may also ride bikes & walk around Willamette Wine Country RV but Willamette guests are not allowed to ride or walk down the Vintages guest row, seems a little weird.

On the far side is a rock quarry which was pretty loud during the day so we were glad not to have our RV at that end. Some days the and most evenings the park stinks, it appears there are sewer ponds that back right up to the park something that we didn’t expect.

The housekeepers are friendly, will wave and smile but if you’re RV is near their laundry & storage facility which is separate from guest laundry and located in the middle of the park you will hear them complain, yell and cuss most days.

All spaces do have a lovely patch of green grass, that is maintained.

In the right location of this RV park it can be a very enjoyable experience, however during our stay it appeared some of the spaces were more than lacking for the relaxing enjoyable experience.

We stayed here for 4 months for work. The park itself is better than so.e we have stayed at. It has 3 small dog areas and there is a dog park next to it. However, it is located right next to a raw sewage retention pond and let me say since the weather warmed up I feel like I'm parked inside a stable. The smell is overwhelming most of the time now. Cold weather wasn't too bad. Overall a decent enough park just the smell is sooo bad sometimes.

Nice place to live. We have been here only a couple months.

Paved roads, kind of has sideways. Employees are as friendly as you allow them to be, as any other business. Rules are always changing. Has a clean, heated pool. Has a clean laundry room, with books you can swap out. Very Nice neighborhood and awesome neighbors. No park for the children or pets on site. If you are a resident you can not use the store, the store bathroom, or the community fire pit area, nor the bikes, not sure what else residents are allowed to do or not do (between managers). At this date we pay around $759 lot rent. Water and trash is included. They provide internet, not cable. The Internet does not work well! They pay water (unless you go over, not sure how much is over) and trash. You pay electric.

Beautiful place to visit, but absolutely horrible to live in. They will always prioritize possible guests before the people living there.

And good luck using their pool, or any other commodities. The generators go out often which caused a neighbors dog to die during the last huge heatwave.
