We loved our stay at this park. WIFI was GREAT. The grounds were very well kept. The girl we checked in with was the BEST. She was so efficient, knowledgeable and so very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

This small RV park just off of I-5 at the exit 244 @Jefferson, Or was a nice way-station on my trip south. The grounds were well kept and the grassy areas were sufficient for my small dog to use.

The shower could use some elbow grease to get off the discoloring soap scum but otherwise ok for the high traffic usage. I didn’t use the laundry room.

The wifi was wonderful at my spot.

My spot was a bit un level but once I positioned by 25ft rv on the most level side of the space, it worked well.

The lawn-care guy using an edger threw up a rock that made a small chip in my slider but it wasn’t big. I was only concerned about it exposing it to rust so the manager was nice enough to provide a small dab of clear fingernail polish to protect the spot from the elements.

The spot was no bigger than if a road rock chipped your car.

Will I stay here again? Most definitely if my travels bring me back this way.

Well manicured park with clean/nice bathrooms/showers. Park packs you in like sardines in a tin. We were in site 50, about 40 yards from I-5. 30 amp breaker snapped several times when we were using only the air conditioner. Ok spot for a needed rest stop while traveling, but otherwise not a spot to spend time.

I think this is one of the most cleanest and quietest RV parks I have ever stayed at. Great price and I recommend it to everyone.

Super great place right off I-5, thus a fair amount of freeway noise, but that is offset by everything else. Welcoming folks, big level sites, full hookups and blazing fast T-Mobile internet speed.
