This is a wonderful spot. Clean, great people that are helpful, hot tub, laundry services, kitchen, bagels and donuts on Sundays. Great location. Already planning my next trip.

Don’t go if you have kids. It is run extremely strictly with constant golf cart checks multiple times an hour. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway- this is not the place. Ge Honestly- we’ve never had such rude hosts. It definitely is not on the “quiet part of the highway” as we were told. However the close beach access is nice, and the hottub was a great amenity. save yourself the money and headache and book somewhere else.
