It's very nice and clean but every morning between 8 and 9 everyone gets woken up due to a sewage truck from next door either dumping or collecting sewage in the park close to the pool. Sometimes on vacation you want to sleep in a Little but your not aloud to here.

Me and my family rented a cabin At their RV park it was on a snow day and their pool are closed and they claimed that their Jacuzzi was broken down we went to the area where the washer and dryer and common area game room etc. outside of it there is a propane barbecue we heated up our food on it. The next day I got charged $10 to my account because I had used the barbecue just to heat up my food there was no information next to the barbecue or on my pamphlet or in my email that that barbecue was not ours to use!!

We enjoyed our stay here.

The RV Park is well maintained and peaceful except the road noise that cannot be helped.

My only wish is that the pull through space were paved instead of gravel. I understand the cost it's just really noisy when the vehicle are moving around.

Otherwise the proximity to Salem and Mt Angel is perfect for the Oregon State Fair.

We will be back again sometime in the future.

Very well maintained property. Clean pool, spa, shower and bathrooms. Tress are young so not much shade or privacy. Wifi is terrible for streaming, works fine with pads and phones. Cut town nearby, falls are 20 minutes away. There is some traffic noise, but felt safe and secure. Many full time residents but again property is very clean.
