My husband & I stopped into Oak Lake RV to "look", and ended up buying about a month later. I've never met such honest people! Alan was great with working with us on an upgrade and a our trade-in. Bill was great to work with on the financing/warranty coverage side of things, David did a great job on the walk through, and Ryan was absolutely amazing with the delivery & set-up at our seasonal campsite! We are pleased beyond belief and have spread the word to others to go to Oak Lake RV, they'll take care of you there!! Thanks to everyone!!

My wife and I have purchased 3 camper trailers from Oak Lake RV. All the staff have been a pleasure to work with. The selection and sales were low pressure and helped us make the right choice of camper. The shop staff were great. The shop foreman even let us use his personal truck to go have lunch while our truck was being prepped. The young guy that gave us an orientation to our camper was polite and thorough. Overall, a great experience! You'll be a happy camper!
We had been looking for the perfect Travel Trailer after selling our pick up camper. Had traveled to a few of the big name dealerships and had no luck with their customer service. We came across Oak Lake RV in google, clicked on their link. Their was our perfect camper forsale on their website. Made an appointment to take the drive north to go see the RV and fell in love, but there were a few later in the week we were going to go look at. After a few days we called Bill back and said we would like to purchase the Salem, the following Saturday, us with our adult son and his wife and my cousin who is a Camper made the trip to check the RV out again and sign all the papers and give bill the check to make this dream camper ours. After we did that we walked in the back shop to visit our RV as they were doing some repairs on it and we met with Jim. Jim sealed the deal with everything and made us feel so good about our decision. He is truly one of a kind and a valuable asset to the team. Thank you to Jim and Bill for all your hard work and dealing with us, which sometimes can not be easy! You have impressed us and our team of family that stopped in. Can not wait to have many memories in our camper! You will always be my go to from now! I CANT THANK YOU ALL ENOUGH
This place is supportive during the sale and after the sale. I had a question about my older unit I purchased from them and they called me back with excellent money saving advice while I was on the road. It was refreshing to do business with such kind thoughtful people.
