The campsite is surrounded by woods and pasture. It is a short walk from the parking area to the campsite. You will camp amongst wild flowers and have a view of the animals in the pasture. The spot is quiet and secluded. It is a short walk/bike to the State Park trails just down the dirt road from the site. Expect to see deer, eagles, and a variety of other wildlife who use this area as a corridor to the State Park lands.
Look for the log cabin!
