My reason for a 2 star rating was the site was a complete disappointment (0 stars) but the employees were top notch (5 stars). We made a reservation for a site at the Rockville Minnesota location for this May back in February. As it got closer to our arrival date we received several emails confirming our reservation. The reservation and the follow up emails all stated that at the site there would be 30/50 amp electric, water and wifi. When we arrived we went to the RV kiosk as directed to check in. As you can see be the photo that was inoperable. Via the speaker system I was advised to come inside to check in which I did. Then got our 5th wheel backed in and hooked up but when I turned the water on we got nothing. I then returned inside to be told that the is no water as they have been having problems since before winter. I had some conversation with the employees expressing my disappointment referencing there emails stating we would have water. Shortly after that a few of the employees came to our site to try and get the water turned on but had no success. There was a gentleman by the name of Timothy that was very polite and did everything he could but was unsuccessful and did offer a refund. Although I appreciated the refund we would have rather have the promised services without the homeless shelter that was parked next to our spot.

On that note, parked next to our spot in an automobile parking spot was a very old travel trailer not connected to any services that had a tarp strapped across the roof that someone was living in. Did make us feel very comfortable. I was under the impression that Love's rv spots was a fairly new feature that they offered. We sure did not get that impression from our stay at this location. It seemed more like an old run down campground. As full timer rv'ers I'm not sure we will be making any future plans to stay at Love's.

So Love's contacted me via email and asked that I call their customer service line. When you call and select option 3 for customer service there is a recording telling me to go to their website and complete a form. Not sure how this is customer service. No thanks. After that display of concern I reduced my rating to 1 star.

This was our first stay at Love’s RV Stop & it worked perfect for our 1 night stay. However, we thought there was going to be sewer as my husband asked when making reservation and was told yes, but it was dump station for additional $10.00 - Electric good WI-FI great - cement slab good but a bit off - we would definitely stay at Love’s RV but definitely clarify sewer hookup. Employees very helpful

Not sure why the water was shut off when temperatures were in the 60s during the day and 40s at night. No notice that it was to be shut off. Fortunately I had just enough water in my fresh tank. They have freeze proof hydrants also. They need to tell customers to shut off hydrants and disconnect hoses at night when there is going to be freezing Temps.
