We had been looking for the perfect Travel Trailer after selling our pick up camper. Had traveled to a few of the big name dealerships and had no luck with their customer service. We came across Oak Lake RV in google, clicked on their link. Their was our perfect camper forsale on their website. Made an appointment to take the drive north to go see the RV and fell in love, but there were a few later in the week we were going to go look at. After a few days we called Bill back and said we would like to purchase the Salem, the following Saturday, us with our adult son and his wife and my cousin who is a Camper made the trip to check the RV out again and sign all the papers and give bill the check to make this dream camper ours. After we did that we walked in the back shop to visit our RV as they were doing some repairs on it and we met with Jim. Jim sealed the deal with everything and made us feel so good about our decision. He is truly one of a kind and a valuable asset to the team.
