Located 18 miles from Jacksonville and 22 miles from Tyler. From Tyler, TX on Hwy 69 going South: go about 22 mi take R on CR 3432, go about 1/2 mile and park will be on L. Coming from Jacksonville, TX on Hwy 69 going North: at the Look Out Mountain look for CR 3432 on the L, angle to the L on CR 3432, go about 3 miles and park is on R.
Great place with easy access to I20. Dean was very nice and the park was well kept and clean very clean. Would stay again

Good ole Dean is like meeting your best friend for the 1st time, and feeling like you've known him forever... he's family... he's home... he's the landlord here... the coolest!
Our RV broke down, we were delayed by 5 hours while repairs were done. It was going to be dark when arrived so I called the owner, who was waiting to escort us to our site. Great customer service. It is close to I20 with some road noise but not terrible. There are no amenities other than a dog park. There seem to be many long timers, the sites are level and long. We would stay again.
Great RV park heading up to Colorado from FL. Spoke with Dean early because of our late arrival. No problem!!! Gave us all the info and he insisted we call him anytime if we needed help with anything or had any questions. Very easy to pull into your oversized site. Site was level, well maintained, and all the hook ups were perfect. Quiet relaxing night. Got to meet and chat with Dean while packing up. Great guy!!! You can tell he wants you to be comfortable and enjoy your stay at his park. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and this is now are go to stop for future trips down to FL. We loved it!!!
