We are giving this place three stars.

Let me start with the positives.

You can receive packages. Neighbors are nice. Able to have bikes, toys etc outside. They have a laundry area, we used one single time.

Now the negatives.

Lawn care not kept up with.

Cockroaches all over outside. They are literally running around everywhere on the ground! (And yes they WILL get inside-YUCK)

Wasp nest after wasp nest after wasp nests in their trees and all.

Train plows through very very often.

The speed limit is there but not enforced. People drive through very fast.

Sewer smells all the time.

Nice open spaces, clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bring your Dish wifi is horrible. Office is like a daycare full of grandkids. They are delightful but, this is supposed to be a business.

This campsite is so nice and quiet.

Clean laundry rooms/showers.

The lady at the front is super nice- she helped me when I was locked out of my camper on the 2nd day and husband was at work 😆 And the maintenance lady is super friendly, super nice and hard working to upkeep the looks of this rv site in tip top shape ❤️

Propane and Ice available on site.

10/10 recommended 👌

Nice quiet park, except for the train, with level sites and good wifi and easy direct tv set up due to no obstructions to the south for our king quest satelite finder. The staff was friendly and I look forward to staying again but not in summer due to no shade.

I absolutely LOVED living here! We were there for a year for my husband’s job and we could not have picked a better place. Jackie was so freaking awesome and did so much for the park. The bathrooms are so clean and the laundry machines are HUGE!

I highly, highly recommend anyone coming to the area to stay here’
