At BATL Ranch RV Resort we understand that because every family is different, every break is different. Our location is in Central Texas, nestled in a beautiful and secluded wooded area in the quiet country town of Mount Calm, Texas. BATL Ranch was conceived with you in mind to help visitors escape, relax, have fun and experience a little glamping too. We are open 11 months out of the year from the end of January to the end of December. However, if you wish to book a site long-term during the winter months; just contact the office and we can advise on what we have available and can assist you with your reservation. For overnight stays, a couple of days, or weekly bookings; those reservations you can and should book online, even during the winter months if the sites are available online. We try to take a short break at BATL Ranch RV Resort just after the Christmas Holiday season to the end of January, so we continue to improve and groom our park each year.
I just stopped in the side of the road because the view was beautiful. I got to take done great images.
My family had a very good time swimming. The pool was very nice. The staff at the office were helpful and nice. Sorry we parked in the wrong spot. Because I missed understood where to park but it was left opened for the other visitors to the pool. My daughter loved the pool so much she rated the pool a solid 10! It was a very nice experience.
Absolutely loved staying here and will definitely return if we are ever back in the area. Off the highway but no highway noise, trees for a little shade, ice machine on the property, and our favorite part was the amazing pool setup! The owners are nice and always easy to get ahold of if you ever need to. Wifi is top notch as well! Very family friendly and everyone staying here was nice and welcoming as well. Great spot within driving distance to Waco!
Absolutely love it here... There's so much to do here... The owners are great and the property is Beautiful! I highly recommend it 😄
This place is awesome! Plenty of nature trails and tons of space for activity. My puppy was in love here. I stayed in one of the on site cabins and it was very clean and accommodating. Will definitely be back!
