Take pleasure in the large pasture and numerous trees surrounding the area. Conveniently located, it's just a short 12-minute drive to Magnolia, Baylor, and downtown. Additionally, you can access the Brazos River and enjoy fishing, hiking, and more in just 10 minutes.
The physical address of the tiny house is 6400 Gholson Rd. From I-35 you’ll take exit 343 Elm Mott.
If you are coming from the North (Dallas) take a right at the light onto 308.
If you are coming from the South (Austin) you will turn left at the light onto 308.
Three miles down, you’ll turn right onto 933 (Gholson Rd). Shortly after you turn onto Gholson Rd, watch for a yellow curve sign on the right with 50mph on it. We are the FIRST driveway on the right after the yellow curve sign. Our fence has a sign that says "Bluebonnet Trail." Proceed straight through the fenced in area with the two blue storage sheds. Pull off the driveway to the left and back your rig parallel with the back high fence, with the electric and water hook ups at the back corner of your rig.
