Amazing park! The manager is knowledgeable and extremely helpful, he taught me things about RVing that I didn’t know and was very patient with me; I had engine troubles and didn’t get to the park until VERY late.. He stayed up and helped me park, he taught me to properly level the RV afterwards, even assisted with my slide-out.
Very quickly, this place felt like home.
Very nice place! Good and quiet, reasonably priced, and great hospitality. Owners are very nice and helpful with many different things. Definitely recommend.
The owner has a sign posted saying guns are welcome but he didn't put a disclaimer out stating that BB guns are not welcome which is one of the apparent reasons why I am being evicted I was seeing in the evening time taking out the trash and it scared one of my neighbors I wouldn't even have to carry a BB gun if the owner would be proactive when it comes to stray dogs roaming his property
Nice quiet park with lots of shade. The manager was very nice and helpful. He always came around to see if we need anything and if everything was going good. We were there to play baseball for state and unfortunately my son got hurt in the last game and messed his knee up. They manager came and checked on him and asked if we needed help get him up and down the stairs. He was very nice and attentive to his tenants.
I have lived on the grounds for almost 2 years now.It is very peaceful.. very calm,secure and relaxing! The landlord is above and beyond a great person. The residents here are also very kind cordial and friendly. If you are looking for a place to relax, spend some time to reflect, and enjoy life?.... This is the place!! WELL DONE SHADY PINES!!
