I just moved in a week ago. I find the staff very helpful and very courteous. It's quiet and clean. I can be comfortable with my wife being here alone as the police station is right across the street. and even though the rent went up to 400 dollars a month I feel that it's still a very good price has that includes everything including sense of security.
