I have ZERO idea how this park is so highly rated.

Let's start with the pros: The park was nice enough for a quick overnight stay. The top section of the park, and most of the bottom level was filled with permanent residents, although I don't mind that. There were 3-5 spots that the owner leaves open for travelers.

The residents were very friendly.

The park was clean, although pretty bare bones, but well kept.

Cons: the owner is a straight up jerk. We stayed for 3 days and the owner harassed us for no reason. We have been all over traveling for my husband's work and have never encountered someone so rude, evasive, and nosy. My husband made a wrong turn into his driveway once and he followed us back to our campsite and YELLED obscenities at us including the F word. He followed me to the dumpster the following day asking me what I was doing. When I said "throwing the trash away?" He grunted and drove away in his golf cart. We also travel with our mini pig, who is always on a harness and a leash, and NEVER left unattended, and we of course ALWAYS pick up after her. She was in our campsite and here he comes in his golf cart screaming obscenities at us again that he doesn't want "critters" running around his park. We have never had an issue because we are responsible pet owners, and I double checked his park policy to be sure they allowed pets. Not only did he allow pets, they have several dog runs on the property.

He was so rude, and honestly I was afraid to leave our brand new camper there because of his odd behavior. I would not stay here again under any circumstances.

Love this little stop over. Full hook ups 30/50 amp and pull thru.

Owner is super helpful and friendly. Even though close to highway 155 very little noise. Beautiful area and close to restaurants and great fuel prices. Parking on grass sites. Will stop again if in the area and need a over night. Our Verizon had 4 bars.

Stopped overnight at this rv park. Very nice and clean. Owner super friendly. Had slide-out problem the next morning and he came and offered assistance and tools until fixed. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Park is clean and quiet but the owner did not communicate properly and did not make it clear that he does not like full size bus rvs. Also changed his mind mid set up and was not at his most pleasant when he asked me to leave. Just be sure to get proper answers before showing up.

Easy in and out right off the hwy. A very friendly owner gave us two calendars and let us stay a few hours longer than check out. Super generous owner and very clean.
