Perfect place to pull over, plug in and sleep a few hours between Dallas and Houston. Right off I45, 30/50 Amp, water and sewer! $25 a night! We pulled in at 3am, slept, filled out their info packet (left at little office as you pull in) with our $25 and went on our way. They said they leave 2 sites open just for late night travelers!
Nice little no frills park to pull over for the night. It is loud from the highway, bit it didn't seem to bother me
Yup. It's a good one! It was really dark at night (which I kind of like). Just make sure you have a flashlight if you're unhitching at night. Very friendly operator. Excellent Phone manner. Just give em a quick call, pull in, pay, and enjoy your stay. Love it.
Easy in, easy out. 2 pull through spots. I wouldn't live here, but it was a good stop for the night. Price was fair. Electric, water, and sewage. 👍👍👍
We were grateful to have found this park. Needed to get the truck repaired (dodge service 4 miles down the road). While there is no WiFi, it wasn’t a problem as ATT worked well. Pull through, middle spots honor system (drop box) $25/night laundry room with 1 washer, 1 dryer
