Not many people there. Staff is available. Women's Bathroom needs attention. Enough parking.
Great marina to keep a western central basin boat at. Prices are competitive and facilities are kept neat and clean. Mark and his crew at the repair shop go out of their way to keep you out on the water and not in the repair building. Highly recommend.
Docking with them last couple years. I love it mostly good old boys. Nice people, fishing cleaning station with freezer for scraps. Close enough to fish lorain dump or go west for the vermilion bite.
Beware of this management team. I paid for two months docking and spoke to the manager about canceling the 2nd month. I was told by management that it would be fine and to have it out at the end of the month. I removed my boat at the end of the month but was not reimbursed for the unused 2nd month. I was told that there were no refunds later down the road. If I would have known that I would have used what I paid for. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. The Lady that works in the office is never there. Good luck! I will say,
Since the new owner Mark Watkins took over customer service is terrible. Lift operator for rack stored boats is inexperienced, wait times are often over an hour, the lift forks are wrapped with plastic stretch wrap instead of proper rubber pads. They have damaged several boats including smashed windshields and fiberglass damage to boat bottoms and transoms. Best of all they blame their customers. I took my boat and left before they destroyed it.
