A wonderful RV campground on a small farm. It has everything you need(full hookups), yet is quiet and feels homey. The owners are very nice and accommodating. Great value and well worth the price!

We are staying at Idlewild Farm Stays while stationed in NC for the military. Michelle, the owner, has been nothing but amazing and gracious. She shared information on location eats, grocery stores, kid friendly areas and trails and yummy farmers market. Our family of three, 2 adults and a 4 mo/old have had a wonderful time at Idlewild. We’ve enjoyed the beautiful views, the fire pit and the serenity. I highly recommend if you need a place to unwind, breathe and escape the noise of every day life.

Absolutely love this place! Michelle and Curt are fantastic people. We stayed there for about a month waiting for our house to be ready. Petunia (the farm’s mascot) is the cutest, friendliest pig, and our daughters loved feeding her apples. Do yourself a favor and choose this place! You won’t regret it!

We stayed for a couple nights as a family of 3. Michelle was an awesome host and the campground is beautiful and clean. Our daughter loved helping to collect eggs from the chickens and walking around the grounds. We will definitely stay again when we’re back in the area.

Michelle has created a beautiful campground! Our family of 6 has truly enjoyed our time here. Our children love looking for deer, gathering around the fire pit, and walking along the paths! Michelle is so gracious and kind! She has really gone above and beyond as a host. We would recommend Idlewild Farm Stays 100%! Very clean safe campground!
