It is privately owned, so Their rules and pricing are NOT regulated. Had a Wonderful tour, the camp grounds and cabins are exquisite.... But, the lack of advanced pricing information is atrocious! If a decision is made to NOT purchase a lifetime membership on initial visit.... the Offer is Null and Voided upon departure. Then, a much much much lower purchase price is offered a few days later.

I won a camping trip to this resort and was told to come to the resort which is a 3 and a half hour drive from us. All we had to do was a 90 minute tour of the resort in which afterwards we were sat down and listened to a sales pitch to buy a travel club membership. We were given a $50 e-gift are for the gas to come do the tour and get our tickets to stay at the resort but what they don’t tell you on the phone is that the memberships are outrageously expensive!! The cheapest membership is $10,000 and the most expensive is $17,000!!!

On a positive note, it is a very nice resort for camping and perfect for families with children. They have a pool, baseball field, RV hookups, rental cabins, a lake with fishing and kayaking, hiking and trails, volleyball, outdoor parties and so much more.

Very nice place however the membership is just way too expensive for my budget.

Took a tour of the property yesterday ...Sharon gave us the tour. She did a great job of presenting Travel Resorts of America..The property was very nice ,with lots of activities for kids and adults. The other properties she showed us were very nice too. She was very friendly and personable..Definitely an asset for the company She is representing.

Campground is awesome! I hate that we aren't able to enjoy this place any more. My kids loved growing up here. Now we can't ever get a site. We have tried MANY times over the last 4 or 5 years. They have sold so many memberships they do not have enough spots available to accommodate. We call on the first possible day 60 days from our needed reservation(can't make them any sooner with our membership) and it is always booked!! DO NOT BUY A MEMBERSHIP!!!
