Located in the city limits of Gatesville, TX close to Wal-Mart. From Hwy 36, go east on FM 107, and park is directly on the right.
Very nice little place. Close to town but still feels like you are in the country. Each space is fenced in. Perfect place for you and your dogs or even just yourself. The owner is wonderful and always willing to help as well.
Love living here. Its very quite and everyone is friendly. Owner is great and very attentive.
The place is new and work is still being done. I am looking forward to the improvements coming.
Mario is an awesome person. He did a wonderful job with fixing my a c, no time in all. It took him a whole 10 minutes. The figure it out that it was a wire that was melted. If you ever need The trailer guy call Mario.

I highly recommend this park for either a part-time camping get-away or full time living like myself. Each lot is very generous in size and easy to back into. It accommodates my 42' trailer with with plenty of room in both front and back to spare. Accomodates both 30 and 50 amp power with strong, free wi-fi. Each fenced in lot has a gravel pad and a 10' X 60' grassed area perfect for a picnic table or screen tent. There is a "Homelike" air to the sites where you don't feel like you are RIGHT next to the site or people next to you. Plenty of room for 2 vehicles. The manager is very attentive to the renters needs and responds quickly to any questions you may have. With it being a new park, many new upgrades and sites are happening daily. It is transforming nicely. The community is safe and friendly. It is close to many parks, lakes, restaurants and shopping. About an hour each way to either Ft. Worth or Waco.
