The most UNDESIRABLE RV Park to look at. Trash & debris collected around most of the R.V.'s. Not to mention dog's left in small cages outside. Property values decreased tremendously.

Eyesore & traffic continues allowing homeless to stroll in & out at will. Safety concerns for everyone living in COUNTRY ESTATES. Tables & benches & countless other items seem to disappear from our yards. This should be ERADICATED from Gun Barrel. Only single family homes in town. Not R.V.' parks.

I moved into the park 5 months ago and it's a nice quiet place to be. Amanda is great, easy to deal with, and always willing to help. If there's an issue and something needs to be fixed she takes care of it quickly. The only issue i have is the wifi doesn't always work but it is free and it's affordable to live there. Would give 4.5 stars but there isn't an option to do that.

The residents of Country Estates have endured the abuse of transients, drugs, theft and assault due to this establishment and is compiling resources to file suit against Cedar Creek Lake RV & Mobile Home Park LLC due to the loss of property values due to the eyesore nature of the park.

Hopefully they will build a 10’ tall privacy fence so as to cordon off the residents from Country Estates to prevent legal action from the community.

Without compliance, further legal action will be taken so as to make this park financially insolvent as Country Estates has far more resources than one LLC.

Avoid this place at all costs- the rent is cheap for a reason folks.

The owner Randall Turner has really been making improvements in the park and I can't wait to meet some of the new residence as this RV park fills to its new capacity. Whether its overnighters staying for the weekend or those who choose to stay longer, you will not find a more quiet relaxed place to park your RV. If its a Coach, An RV , even a tiny home, this is the place you will want to stop first. The open lots are filling fast ,so if you want your quiet spot on Cedar Creek Lake, you should make Cedar Creek Lake RV Mobile Home Park your first stop.
