Great servers, bartenders and dock hands. This is our normal go to while we are enjoying the lake. The place has made many improvements over the last year. The food is very good, my favorite is the smoked hamburgers on wonderful sourdough buns. Also great adult beverages and great live music on the weekends. We have made several friends in this great environment. If you have the opportunity to spend an evening here on the weekend kick back have dinner and a drink and enjoy the fabulous view of the sunset here.

We were here for a Kevin Fowler concert, he puts on a great show. Parking was horrible (there was none). Food at the Duck is just ok.

I went and fished at their crappie house. It was fun and relaxing. Got a few bites but nothing to write about. The point in going was to try and catch fish while relaxing. Their on line reservation system makes it ultra easy and convenient to purchase tickets to fish the crappie house.

I did not take photos which I should have. Nice and clean on the inside and plenty of fishing both inside and outside.

If you're into fishing you will love this place.

Almost 2 hours to get food then wrong food and then cold.

Chicken fried steak so tough couldn’t cut it. No chicken in chicken salad. I understand short staffing but this happens every time. Totally unacceptable! Will not be back

Marina is the place to be if you want to enjoy beautiful sunsets on Lake Brownwood. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating has fairy lights and there’s live music as well which made the experience great. And since we’re right next to the water, you’re able to walk down to the docks and be right near the water which is always fun.

As for the food, my friend got the club sandwich and I ended up getting the burger. In terms of pricing, it is a little more on the expensive side. My friend’s club sandwich was great and the burger wasn’t bad but the bun was too thick in my opinion. Not to mention, the fries were unfortunately soggy and felt like they sat out for a while. I didn’t feel like the quality of the food matched the price but the customer service did. Our server was amazing and super friendly- she frequently checked up on our table and kept us updated on when the food was going to come out.

On top of everything, there is also a bar inside as well as a pool table (I believe it was $10/hr). I ended up ordering a margarita and enjoyed the drink while playing pool.

Overall, this is a great spot to wind down and enjoy a beautiful view.
