Beautiful RV park located in the quaint town of Florence Colorado. The facility is well maintained with lovely flower beds, large lots with turf, and kind office staff. It is a safe place to live (we all had to do background checks prior to living here) with many families, including some children. It is also a very quite, and friendly neighborhood. The owner is very driven to make an upscale park, and when completed it will be one of the nicest RV parks in the Denver area.
Great RV park with nice views, great people, and some beautiful raised gardens and potted plants. The park staff and owner are all top-notch. They are working really hard every day to make sure everyone is happy and that the park is in proper working order. The electrical, water, and sewer systems are all connected to the city utilities and are in like new condition. The sites are all very spacious and have their own green yard space. In addition, they are improving the park daily with future plans and have a great vision for it. The park is currently clean, well organized, and modern. Also, there is always somebody on staff available if one is needed. Thanks to the owner and her staff members for making my stay a pleasant, safe, and comfortable stay.
Beyond the park, the location is convenient for both the cities of Florence and Canon City, both being nearby. Colorado Springs and Pueblo are also less than an hours drive, with Salida being just over an hour. For the adventurous types, there is multiple types of recreation in literally all 4 directions including hiking, rock climbing, rafting, canoeing, fishing, swimming, train riding, off-roading, antiquing, art-walks, festivals, sightseeing, and all the things Colorado has to offer.
Great park! Quiet and clean. Management is amazing and super friendly. Stayed there a little over a month for work. It will be my go to stay when I’m in the area.
I like this place. Green Astroturf to sit your chairs on, flowers when they are in season. The work being done here will make this my place to stay when I visit.
The attention to upkeep is great. They guide you into your site and answer any questions you have.
Staff and owner are very professional and pleasant to deal with.
Where to begin with how amazing this park is. My significant other and I have been living in our RV for about two years, staying in many parks in Colorado and Montana. This is by far, the best park we have ever stayed in. The owner has gone above and beyond and thought of everything. Each spot has a beautiful view of Pikes Peak, close to town, huge spots with turf grass at each site. The monthly rate is the great, highly highly recommend.
