Great place! Everyone was friendly. Bathrooms/showers were clean. Laundry was clean. They refill propane bottles. The park is pet friendly and best of all, no goatheads!!

The one drawback is that is a long, washboard dirt road to get in and out.

Amazing place and people, just be warned if you come for a visit you may just want to stay longer than you originally planned 😁. We came for a month and signed a yr lease, this place is addictive in the best of ways.

Great experience of desert camping. Dusty 7 mile access road isn’t for those who glam. Little or no cell service; but, don’t come to the desert and surf the net.

There’s a strong community of long term residents. They were all kind and helpful.

Definitely visit this for a true desert experience.
