From I-10 (exit 81): Go 6 blocks E on Pine St. Entrance on left. From I-10 (exit 82): Go 1 block S to Pine St, then 4 blocks W on Pine St. Entrance on right.
Awesome people,we just stayed overnight and spots were small,But when you meet these kind of people in your life it's all worth it, $20 full hookup class A motorhome
It's a good 3 star park, I rated 5 because I live here. $250 a month all amenities included unlike all the other rv park in town or surrounding parks by Deming.
Rv park contains Bathrooms with showers, a rec hall with some exercise equipment and for rv'ers who are staying for a lengthy period they get a mail box for free!
Owners are really friendly they speak both English and Spanish!
Not sure on the exact payment types they take but I'm pretty sure Cash is accepted and I'm pretty sure checks are too! Credit cards I'm not sure if they take so just be prepared just in case!
Hook ups have the normal electric hook ups (Not sure on the voltage/amperage the hookups give out)
Each Spot has the normal electrical hook up, Sewage hook up, and cable hook up. Some spots can get Wi-Fi connection but the strongest connections are closest to the bathrooms!
Pets are allowed. Just make sure to pick up after them if they drop waste in the property!
They have Daily, Weekly, & Montly rates!

5 Star rating from me but RV guides would date this park at a 3 star rating!

Nice small park, close to I-10, easy off & on I-10. Rec Room and Restrooms are clean, staff pleasant and helpful. spaces are small and there is little maneuvering room for large coaches. Inexpensive place for a night off the road.
Owner is a very nice sweet lady park is kept up and clean only reason not 5 stars is the bathroom the stalls are very claustrophobic feeling especially for a vet who was kept in a kennel for a couple of months, but overall a great place friendly people shade and pea gravel is much nicer for your dogs. Plenty of places to eat all within 3 minutes walking distance and definitely one of the cheapest places in town to!
Very Friendly staff. Clean and tidy park. We were passing through and just needed to fill our freshwater tank which the owner allowed us to do at no cost!
