Small campground located along the north side of New Mexico Highway 152, near mile marker 40, near Middle Percha Creek, on the eastern edge of the small town of Kingston, NM.
It is more of just a stop over place. It has two camp sights with no hiking. Surrounding area is private land. Saw locals dump their trash in the trash disposal...It is very beautiful. Has a bathroom. I would go there again.
Small campground before entering the Black Range..has a very clean rest area...one holer.....cross the stream and there is a good trail...moderate walking...approximately 3 campsites.
Nice quiet little campground before you enter the Range...toilet facility is always well maintained
