Beautiful waterfall that flows into a river which is perfect for swimming.
The river empties into the ocean, there is a nice break which is a bit sketchy unless your an experienced surfer.
Plenty of tables and bbq's.
Great family picnic beach park. Large pavilions with picnic tables available. Lots of interesting scenery, with a wide large stream running through the side of the park with additional waterfalls entering the stream, just before it accesses the ocean. The ocean is very picturesque, but very rocky. This ocean does not have a good access, but the large grassy area with views abound and amendments to the park well make up for it.
My family and I stopped here to explore what we found to be a beautiful slice of paradise. Nice waterfall that drops into the stream running along the edge of the park that drains right into the ocean fronting the park. Beautiful spot with not a lot of parking, a decent amount of grass and a few tables/awnings for groups. I could see this place getting packed on weekends and holidays.
My husband and I happened upon this place on our travels. It was my favorite stop of the day! Lots going on visually.
This is a beautiful park area where you can get out to the ocean. There's even a small waterfall that you can enjoy. There were a few tables available as well as a bowery. Park was kept in great shape. Would highly recommend visiting.
