From jct I-76 & Hwy 534: Go 1/4 mi N on Hwy 534, then 1/4 mi E on Creed Rd.
The neighbors here are friendly. The cost to live here is cheap. Just don't get noisy at a late area and you will be fine
Owners are more than welcome to work with their renters, as long as they are upfront with them if things get tight. Lot rent has been the same for over 20 yrs if not more to make sure folks can have a decent life. Other places would have increased rent to cover inflation rates.
We have lived in this trailer park for 35 years and would not think of living anywhere else. Very quiet and the neighbors watch out for each other.
