Nice place! I think it would be better if it had a nice dog park and some benches to sit on! Maybe garbage cans and poop bags dispenser for dogs? Out door pool would be nice! Think activities and check ins should be available everyday! Easier check in would be nice! Hard to get somebody on the phone!
Took a tour as a contest finalist! Nice place. Will be bringing my 3 will be 4 when we visit
I was contacted on Sunday regarding the sweepstakes I had submitted. I was told I would get a text message with more details but I never received any more info. I tried calling both phone numbers listed for them but they both have a recording saying all representatives are either on the phone or its after hours and to leave a message.i have left a message on Monday and still have not heard back from anyone and its been 48 hours.I tried calling different times of the day and same message. Sounding like a scam to me when no one answers the phone or calls back.
We got hooked on the membership two years ago. Tried several, several times to get a cabin. Played the game calling in month in advance and still Never able to get a cabin. We taking the grand kids swimming maybe 5 different times. We 4o mins away and very expense for a few swims. I kept very good minutes during the sales pitch. Asked several direct questions and feel dupped. We went in person, called numerous times attempting to use our membership. Finally asked to sell it back to them. That procedure is a Real Joke!!!!We didn't even receive a bill me this year for park membership. They Our got $5500.00 and last year's fee, I guess They Really They Got Us Good Enough they didn't even try for more this year. Hard Lesson Learned...Guess It's time for a Lawyer .
Shawn was such a pleasure to work with, what a guy!! This place is so friendly and everyone was very personable. We won a 7 day free stay for a short one hour seminar.
