We are a seasonal campground only, meaning the camper is here from May through October. We do have 2 rental cabins that are rented as vacation rentals by the week (Saturday to Saturday).
Our family has rented a cabin on this campground twice (they have 2) and we have totally enjoyed both timer. The first time was pre-pandemic and they had all sorts of activities plus the cabin rental included firewood for the on site firepit. We also rented a cabin in 2020 during the pannnnnn...you know, and although the activities were not available and we had to bring our own game pieces, horse shoes, basketball and the like, there was still the firewood and friendly staff. We also have family that are seasonal renters and visit them for overnight stays also. It's a great place.
I'm hoping they have a spot for us next year. I know I'll love it there.
Spent the weekend here with my wife and 3 year old daughter in one of the two log style cabins for rent. The cabin was immaculate....nice and open and extremely well appointed. Fully stocked with silverware, plate, cups. Very nice furnishings...air conditioned, cable TV....beautiful covered porch.
The campground is very clean and the staff are very atentative. We purchased some firewood for the outdoor pit behind our cabin and it was delivered to our site. The play areas are very clean. There is a great family feeling here amongst everyone. Lots of kids and family activities here.
The best thing of all was seeing the joy and fun my daughter had while here at Grandview Campground..which is priceless.
My family has been camping here for over 30 years. A great family campground with lots to do for the kids and adults.
