Our family had a wonderful time staying at Timberland Canpground on our first trip to the White Mountains. We rented an RV and it was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4. It was conveniently located a short walk to the camp store, pool and playground, while also being private and quiet. The facilities were very clean and well taken care of. The showers and laundry were spotless and easy to use. The staff and owners were kind, friendly and welcoming. They even delivered our firewood to our site. So we didn't have to carry it down with our young kids in tow. The river walk on the campground is not to be missed! We had a great time are are looking forward to returning, hopefully soon!
This campground was fantastic. Beautiful river walk where you can catch a glimpse of horses across the river while sipping coffee with your better half. Super clean cabins and bathrooms/showers. Excellent sites and super nice owners! Close to atv trails and hiking, or kayaking . 10/10 Would love to go back .
The cleanest and most well kept campground i have come across in my years of camping. The owners are extremely nice and treat you like family… extremely helpful and friendly. We will be back for many years to come. So much to do.. plenty of room, fully stocked store.
This campground was exceptional! The staff and owners were very friendly, and thoughtful. There was some not spectacular weather the weekend of my stay, and they actually came by to check on us periodically, offered to deliver the firewood we purchased to the campsite, and more. All of the bathrooms were very clean, and everything was easily accessible. The small convenience store was
Great camping experience! Megan and Scott are the best! So fun, fabulous suggestions for things to do, not only in this area but in Bar Harbor, our next stop. Great little store, fantastic for dogs and nice, quiet, secluded area!! Loved it!!! And they are so personable… remembered things about is in a follow-up note!!! Highly recommend this campground!!!
