Fantastic spot to camp. We had a large wooded tent site. The soothing babbling brook and cool overnight temperature made for an outstanding start the camping season. Hot clean showers, friendly staff, reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Only one star because zero isn't an option. Stopped for a bed in the hostel as a thru-hiker. Nothing for resupply in their store; got a soda. Went with the option to close out with a credit card at the end of the stay. The coin operated shower took 3 of the 5 minutes per quarter to heat up. The WiFi doesn't work. Found out my other reservation actually went thru. Used the coin operated laundry by throwing my clothes in with a fellow thru-hiker that is staying. Close out was $10 because "we don't allow people off the street to take showers." I owed them for a soda. That's it. Should have charged it and then cancelled it thru the bank.

I highly recommend White Birches Campground. We stayed in a lovely tent site near the river, but they have a variety of site types if you're looking for an electrical hookup for RV/trailer. Their prices are super reasonable. Clean bathrooms and showers. Great location, the camp store is great to have onsite and is well stocked. Not to mention you are only a few minutes from town. I would absolutely stay here again.

Site was big and private and it ends here. The sap from the trees can ruin EVERYTHING you came with, you included. There is no use of the picnic table, benches, ALL covered in sap and dripping sap on the tent, car- about 40 spots overnight, wifi does not reach all sites, traffic could be heard through the night. All in all -ruined my equipment, will not come back
