This place was fantastic. A great place to plug in and sleep and hang in Williams AZ. They had clean facilities for showers. They also had a shop which I bought a couple things from. The staff were friendly and I was given a Military discount. It was a great place to stay and will not be the last time. Definitely at place to check out.

We had the best experience. Friendly reception, we booked the family suite. Perfect for families with teens or a few kids. The rate was awesome, which was what we love. AND our pup was welcome with no pet fee!! They had a great walking area for the dog and clean-up station. Indoor heated pool. A gym. Close to everything! The room was super clean and cozy. Very quiet and the train we could barely hear. Besides the great room, they probably had the nicest staff I've ever encountered at a hotel. From housekeeping to reception.

They also had free breakfast. Also, it was the best free breakfast I've seen. Fruit, yogurt, eggs, bacon, waffles, muffins, cereal, bagels really anything you'd want was there. I was so impressed that I've recommended this location to everyone. We frequent Williams often. This will be our spot for affordability and accommodations. So appreciate this place.

Took the train to the Grand Canyon after a cute short western play/shootout. Went up in first class and returned in Coach. Coach was so much better. The view was better because no curtains? Who knows. The person we had on our train gave so much more info, told stories, did a scavenger hunt, and interacted constantly. In first class, our person started and stopped when talking, interacted in our area never, gave no additional info just the bare basics. A snack breakfast was served in first class but all in all NOT worth the price. Also, depending on the side you are on, you see little to nothing of what you should be looking for like people waving along the way. We did enjoy the train ride, but would pay for coach both ways next time. Also, singers on the train and train robbery. Bring cash for tips and cash for food if you go get food, and yes you can walk up and down the train!

Great experience! Music entertainment, reaxing and scenery. We purchased first class tickets. Expensive for a family but glad we didn't purchase the upper deck tickets which was crowded. Definitely recommend the train ride.

Was an awesome place to stay. Close to the Railroad & doggie daycare. The showers & laundry are clean. Walking distance to the Main Street RT66. They have security drive around which makes staying more comfortable. We accidentally left one of our side bins open all night and nothing was touched. The office staff is absolutely amazing & accommodating. Robert, we very very helpful throughout our stay & made sure my fur-baby had a nice day at daycare while we took the train to The Grand Canyon. I loved the buddy spots. They do have some requirements as far setting up, so make sure you read the requirements. This park was walking distance to everything which made it great.
