Great, family-friendly, well run RV resort. The activity director, Brandi, is awesome and doing such a great job with having fun, adult, and family-friendly activities. The laundry rooms and bathrooms are kept clean, and the pool and clubhouse are fantastic. The camp store is well stocked with thoughtful, local vendor items. Big, nicely maintained dog park. The only drawbacks are the gravel sites, they are spacious, however, and the horrible wifi. Staff is friendly and helpful.

We stayed here in our RV for a month. We have been traveling full time for a year and this is the best place so far! Huge long sites, great clubhouse with fitness room, large pool and two hot tubs. Staff was very friendly. Lots of potty spots for the dogs and two large fenced dog areas as well. Sounds like they have more activities once the snowbirds arrive. We would definitely come back!

Camp Verde is a well run and maintained resort. There are lots of amenities available for people of all ages.

We stayed for 11 nights with our RV and selected the camp due to its proximity to Sedona, Prescott and Flagstaff. We would stay again.

The site was very spacious and more than adequate for the RV and Truck. The location is close to two highways which isn't unusual for RV parks. It quiets down at night so no problem to get a good nights sleep.

Our only complaint is the lack of picnic tables at your RV site if you want one. If you do, you have to rent it. We have never stayed at an RV park that didn't provide one, :(

Verde Ranch is a very nice RV Park in the heart of the Verde Valley. We have stayed there in our RV more than a handful of times throughout the years they have been open and it is always a nice stay. There is some traffic noise but the proximity to the Hwy is also a plus. Amenities are top notch, staff is always on par and you are close to it all, so many fun things to do around the area. During this stay, we had the pleasure of meeting Mark, one of the staff members and he was incredibly nice and very helpful.

Second year visiting here. I really like this campground, and I appreciate the awesome location. There are so many things to do for day trips out of this place. I could easily stay here for more than just a few days and keep finding things to do. Almost everything about the place is great. Amenities and clubhouse are very nice. Really nice pool and hot tubs. Nice gym. Nice pickleball courts. The park is amenities are clean. The spots are gravel, and the wifi didn't work for us, but I am fine with that. My only gripe would be to force the tenants to be less sloppy. This is the only thing keeping me from giving this place a 5-star review. There are many site piled high with stuff/junk and they detract from how nice this place could be. Management needs to enforce the rules and tell these people to get storage units. Better yet, this property could benefit from storage units for the full timers. Don't let this place turn into a messy campground. Hold people accountable to the rules.

I recommend this location and hope to come back again someday.
