I recently stayed at KOA Williams and found the location to be perfect, providing a great setting for outdoor activities. The cabins were satisfactory, and overall, the amenities surpassed those at KOA Flagstaff.

However, my experience was marred by the unprofessional and rude behavior of the manager and office staff. In comparison to other KOA locations, I encountered the rudest and least professional service here. The outdoor staff, on the other hand, demonstrated competence and friendliness.

Despite the appealing amenities, the negative interactions with the manager and office staff make me lean towards choosing KOA Flagstaff for future stays. Their staff is known for being professional, polite, and accommodating, creating a more enjoyable overall experience.

We had a great time. Stayed in one of the cabins but had many friends in RV and no one reported any issues.

Great people working every part of the park we experienced.

Cabin was super clean, warm and comfortable. Lots of room behind that backed up to the forest and very little road noise from the freeway.

Lots of trees, horseshoe pits, pretty sure you can rent corn hole boards also.

We will definitely be back.

We stayed a couple of nights off season. We had a nice site under the pine trees. The park is very clean and quiet. The laundry facilities looked new. There is a heated indoor pool and the showers are heated as well. The location is about an hour from Grand Canyon National Park, less than 30 to the Petrified Forest and Painted Desert National Parks and less than 10 minutes to charming downtown Williams. The camp is very conveniently located just off HWY 40. Road noise was negligible. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Everyone was so friendly here! We went during the winter when there was snow. Our lot was cleared out before arrival. Upon departure we needed help removing our frozen leveling blocks from the ground and the staff helped us out with no issues! The staff was so helpful and kind the whole entire stay. The campground is very nice even in the winter! We walked the grounds everyday. I highly recommend staying here! The staff itself makes it so worth it. I’m excited to come back in the spring and summer months to enjoy the other features KOA has to offer.

Well kept and staffed park. Lots of family activities. Nice indoor pool area and general store. The restroom and showers were clean and spacious. Nice large dog park. Our only downside was the campers right next to us left at 3:00 am making lots of noise as they hooked up. Then another camper a couple spots over left at 5:00 am after banging on their hitch for 15 minutes while hooking up. Nothing against the park as they have no control over this.
