We are the closest Campground to Tucker Lake and it is only minutes from our front door and is recommended trip for the family! Come spend a week or more with us and explore all the great adventures in the area. Come spend the weekend or a week with us and enjoy the American Music Jubilee just up the road in Selma, NC.
We are overnight in RV site 23. It's a long enough fairly level gravel pull thru site. We booked it using our Passport America discount.
We have 50amp FHU and complementary wifi.
The campground is close to many restaurants and reasonable priced fuel.
Communication with staff has been excellent. We've had no issues at all and will try to book again when we are headed back north in March.
Beth and her staff are wonderful people very helpful and always looking out for her tenants I would highly recommend anybody traveling though N.Carolina to stay here
We were in the campground and in no way would this place be considered as a “Resort”! The sites were clean but not in the best of condition. Our site had to run a hose under the RV in order to hook up and we have never seen that before. It’s a campground, nothing “resort” about it. With Passport America it was a good price.
My husband and I travel for work and stayed at this park for almost a month. The owners were very accommodating to us and we had no issues. We stayed at one of their padded lots with a fireplace and picnic table that was very nice and had a lot of room. There is alot of families in mobile homes in the park so it’s not just for RV’S but overall the park is clean and quiet. The host even had Christmas lights and a Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus for the children and fur babies. My husband and I found the active train tracks very nostalgic .The Wi-Fi is excellent Thank u for a nice stay.
This campground, for our needs, checked off all the boxes. Literally 5 minutes of Interstate 95, yet no road noise. Very close to railroad tracks, yet no crossing guard or train whistle noise. Full hook up with 20, 30 and or 50 amp service. Sites are level side to side. Passport America with more than fare pricing. Great walking areas for our dog including pet poo stations and poo bags. Mom and Pop style campground which they are clearly in the process of updating. Absolutely would stay again.
