Was a great little spot to camp! We got to set up on the hill right by the river!
This place is so great, I don’t want to tell you. Located at the end of a privately owned aria; don’t get scared off by the wealth, there is free camping. The Huskies Branch location is two clearings on either side of the creak, with fire pits randomly standing about. There was a oddly nosy family actually living on the upper hill last time I visited; and some kids built their camp and fire right next to my van at one point... be careful of broken glass walking or driving around the fire pits; that’s pretty normal though. so aside from inconsiderate people, this place is amazing. One bar of service at this location, river access across the road, and a long forest road with remote camp sites along the river if you prefer.
Great place to spend the day swimming and just relaxing. I've been going there sense I was born, and love it
