Glenwood Acres is situated on 15 acres of beautiful North Carolina countryside approximately 12 miles northeast of center city Charlotte. The park is owned, operated and maintained year-round by Phillip Little, whose uncle Bill Little established it in 1989 to provide a safe, quiet, hospitable place for race fans to stay when attending events at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
A variety of sites are available at Glenwood Acres 365 days-a-year, including pull through, open, shaded, grass, gravel and concrete pads. Whether Charlotte is the final destination of your travels, or just a stop along the way, Glenwood Acres has a space waiting for you.
Glenwood Acres RV Park is located at 4632 Delrae Circle in Concord, NC. We are easily accessible from Interstates 85 and 485 and offer convenient access to Charlotte Motor Speedway, Concord Mills Mall, Great Wolf Lodge and additional area attractions.
A very nice place, very friendly staff. I had to leave earlier than expected and I had paid for the month and I told them why I left and they sent me a check back to my house with the money. thank you.
We stayed with Phillip for 3-4 years.
Glenwood acres is a clean, quiet and SAFE RV park. The owner cares about his guest, if ANYONE needs help he is the first person you will see come running, literally.
He patrols his park HOURLY, himself, to ensure his guest are safe. In 2023 you just do not get those types of owners that care.
My family and I were blessed to stay with Phillip!

I've been staying here for over four years. It is clean, well maintained, quiet, and safe. Philip, the owner, works harder than anyone I've ever known, making sure that everything is in proper working order. He goes above and beyond. I just had a flat tire, Philip removed the tire and offered the use of his vehicle to take the tire to be repaired! That is just one example of how Philip takes care of the people who live here. I've heard many stories like this from others. Everyone that works here is awesome, and you are all appreciated! Pay your rent on time and keep your place neat, and you won't have any problems!
