I have been a resident here at Eagle Ridge RV Park for 2 and a 1/2 years now. This is the nicest and friendliest Park I have ever been in. Great Community atmosphere with a management that has great friendly involvement in the park. Safe place to live that I would recommend to anybody.
The website made it look decent enough. They however do not hold up to the contract, they said no campers over fifteen years several of them are. They say absolutely no window ac units , there are several. They say no excessive storage outside most campsites very cluttered. They say no abandoned cars or campers, there are several of them also. They try to change the amount that is owed, you need to keep photo documentation of all the scams they try. With the over charging on the electric they will be reported to the electric company servicing Johnson county. Do yourself a favor avoid this place at all cost.
I spent two and a half mounths at Eagle Ridge and I will definitely return. The owners are great people the park is very quiet. The prices are very good .All I can say is give them a and you will not be disappointed. chance
We needed an overnight stop on our way through, and this served the purpose. Difficult to get to, however, for a MH pulling a car because of the back roads. I wouldn't recommend for an overnight stop because of that. It was quiet, though, albeit a bit rundown.
The place is fair. For the most part nice and quiet. The price is fair. There is free range livestock which is a nice change from the city i especially enjoy the turkeys. On Fridays they sell burgers at the community center on Friday. Come for a few days if you like it stay longer. We pretty much stick to ourselves do our own thing and mind our own business.
