From I-35W take 917 exit head East 9 miles to CR 616 turn Right. Down 1/2 mile on Left
I love it here! It's nice and quiet. There's great management and friendly people! They have very clean laundry and shower facility and propane on site is cheaper than buying at the store! I like that everyone waves at each other when they pass by. Ive been here almost 2 years and never had a problem. It's a great place to visit or even live!
Worst rv park in Texas the staff are absolutely some of the rudest people I’ve ever met Pam and randy are awful to guest
Been a permanent resident for several years . Was very satisfied until recently.
Wifi all of a sudden does not reach our site any longer. Our inquiry and complaint is ignorned Also,
Recent ampage issues left us without electricity for several days
Although that was repaired in a fairly timely manner it was costly to replace our refrigerated items Twice
as they repaired the problem.

The staff and owner himself are rude and completely unprofessional. AVOID if you can. I called on behalf of my elderly parents asking for documentation of their account that was never provided to them after being asked to leave and I was give misinformation by the property manager and the owner. I was yelled at by the owner and told to get my attorney involved because my family was a pain in the a**.
