It's fine. This is a blue collar tucked away place, good for people staying in town for a bit for work or an urban vacation. In such a developed place like Aurora, places like this really don't exist anymore. It's an affordable, safe place to hook up and experience the Denver area. Sites can be tight, and there are some sites currently with non-functional electric or water, so be sure you walk the park and test the site before you commit to staying. It's on the same road that dead ends on a nice little suburban neighborhood. It's convenient to transit, so you don't even need a car to get into downtown Denver (20 minute walk 5 minute bike to the R line light rail). Police are local, present, but unproblematic. The hospital is just across the road. The area is very bike friendly. The road the park is on is next to the highway, so there's some road noise, but it's not bad. It's dog and family friendly, you see kids playing outside and people walking their leashed dogs. It's an easy walk to the Greenway and nice parks. The owner and staff are very nice. The old mobile homes are scary looking, but completely harmless, the ownership is working on getting everything cleaned up. There are occasionally people in tents nearby, but they've got bigger problems then you do, so be kind. It's urban RVing. It's not a resort. It's miles better then a truck stop or urban boondocking. Weekly and monthly rates available.

One star only because 0 is not possible. I simply can not believe the amount they are charging for this I will add pictures. Appalling but obviously there is a reason they are the only park in area with spots available. Enter at your own risk if you can find the actual entrance through the rubbish!!

Keep looking. For $60 a night you get pedestals with wires hanging out, long term residents that don’t maintain their lots and everything on the property is in disrepair. 10 showers and only one works. The messiest laundry room I’ve ever seen, an empty pool, a sun deck that is locked. When at the dog park your view across the river is of homeless people in tents. Definitely not worth $60 a night.
