Cozy Acre is the premier tiny home community coming to Poolville, Texas. The great thing about Poolville, TX is that it is not a one traffic light town. There is no traffic light. It's more of a one horse town. But don't worry just a short 15 minute drive can take you to the nearest grocery store or hospital.

I have some really good friends that live here. They love it and the people are super nice and seem to keep to them selves.
This place is an absolute Gem. We absolutely love it here. No concrete jungle. Trees, country living, and a wonderful community. To top it off the owners are absolutely AMAZING! Forever home here.
